Initiate the Process of
Re-development

  • Search and Title Report for the society/Apartment

  • Search and Title Report for members of Society/Apartment (individual):

  • Drafting of internal documentations

  • Drafting of Expression of Interest/Tender documents for selection of Developer

  • Selection of Developer process

  • Conducting Special General Meeting for selection of Developer

  • Obtaining approvals and permissions from Co-operative Department

Re-development Stage
(Post Developer Selection)

  • Initial Documentation with the Developer

  • Review and Finalizing of Redevelopment of Housing Society/Apartment Property Documents / Agreements - Development Agreement, and Power of Attorney.

  • Finalizing of Individual Agreement- review and Finalizing the individual Agreements with or without extra purchase area

Construction
Phase

  • Documentation of vacation of the Society,

  • Verification/ Keeping a tab on the progress of Redevelopment,

  • new building of the Society and necessary legal compliance for the possession of the said Building

Post- Completion of the
Re-Development Project

  • Admission of new members – admission of the new member, Issuance of Share Certificate and related documents, AGM and related process

  • Finalizing the Final Conveyance (Back in favor of the Society with new and old members).

  • Meetings and connects with the Members and committee from time to time for Legal issues, procedures, clarifications, Agreements etc.
